Health Screening and Healthy Food Fair

Hi, everyone, "Health Screening and Healthy Food Fair" will be held in collaboration of First Aid Soceity and Community Service Society.
Date: 29 & 30 July 2008
Time: 10am-5pm
Venue: SA lobby, west room, & cafeteria

Health Screening
It will be carried by the manpower from National Kidney Foundation. The original price of the package is RM35, however, offer is given by the organization and each student is charged RM2 for the whole package. The health screening comprises:

1. Blood pressure
2. Blood cholesterol
3. Blood glucose
4. Urinalysis
5. Body Mass Index (BMI)
6. Waist cirsumference
7. Counselling

The places r only limited to 160 ppl, so pls dun be hestitate to register urself as soon as possible at the registration booth. The booth will be set in the cafeteria, from 21 until 25 July, 10.00am until 2.00pm.

For your information, before the test, pls do not consume caffeine, tobacco, alcohol and sweet food 2 hours prior to the screening. *You do not have to fast overnight*

Healthy Food Fair
In the same time, namely 29 and 30 July, there will be also a healthy food fair. It will be held in the cafeteria as well as the SA lobby. Low sugar, low salt or low cholesterol food and drinks will b sold.
